Develop overseas importers and distributors, handle inquiries, quotations and follow-ups. Fluent English required; experience in medical device export preferred.
Manage export documentation, logistics coordination and order follow-up. Familiar with foreign trade process and customs procedures.
Coordinate product specifications, certifications and technical documentation. Background in medical devices or optometry is a plus.
Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to international clients via email. Strong written English and patience required.
